Include a Docklet to show the Ubuntu menu

The main idea of this docklet would be to show the same menu as the top panel does, including also the other two menus, Places and System. As the places menu is almost complete by using the Bookmarks Docklet, the only thing needed would be to include the System and Applications menu.
