Revise and split up VTKFile

The code in VTKFile had grown considerably over time as features have been added (parallel output, binary, compressed binary, cell data, MeshFunctions, etc). To make in manageable, it should be split into a number of classes/files.
Support output of Functions and Expressions by using the base class GenericFunction in VTKFile.
