Rotate compiz fusion wallpapers on cube

This would extend Drapes functionality to the compiz fusion wallpapers enabled by the cube plug-in (whenever the Nautilus desktop is disabled). The command for this is:
gconftool-2 --type list --list-type=string --set /apps/compiz/
