Android per-application settings

In some cases it is necessary to store some settings outside image (such as network setup, or internal VM runtime
configuration parameters) outsode of the Smalltalk image, however to be able to change those settings from Smalltalk
code. The task is to develop a wrapper fot Java code (or, if available at NDK level, make direct calls) to connect Android's
per-application setting storage with Pharo settings framework.
