Allow the staging branch to be defined in the sysbench config file

Alter drizzle-automation so that we can specify a staging branch in the sysbench config file. Presently, if the branch being tested is not the staging branch, we compare the current run against the historical data for the staging branch. At the moment, this is hard-coded in the sysbench/run.py script as the drizzle staging branch.
