Drizzle Integration and Interoperability with Mosso

Implement Drizzle database integration with various Mosso APIs. Presently, Rackspace Mosso Cloud offers cloudserver API and cloudfiles API; presumably, this is work in progress. Extend these APIs with Drizzle control-management-provisioning-deprovisioning functionality; implement relevant APIs and parts of APIs support in Drizzle as add-ons and/or plugins.
