Dynamic loading of plugins at start up

There is currently an implementation of dynamic loading of plugins but we are not using it and it is likely very broken. So we need to figure out how the build can work with dynamically built modules without making starting drizzled in the source tree prohibitively hard. The server needs to be able to find the directory where the modules live upon startup.
