Make being root more obvious (scary)

Running applications as root using sudo is becoming common and even inexperienced users will find instructions to do it on the wiki or the forum. It is often not clear that 'sudo' can allow you to do much damage to your machine. This specification aims to make it visually clear that a GUI app being run as superuser is dangerous by providing a red theme for that app.
