Thunar (in XFCE) supports right-click actions, although they seem to be stored in an XML file (uca.xml). Create an installer that modifies this accordingly - the bash scripts should work fine (although zenity, etc., will still need to be installed).

Tested in a very old version of OpenSuse XFCE - bzr-explorer and qbzr were not available but zenity error dialogues worked.
