White Default Decoration

Basically since we have headerbar now, I don't think a solid case can be made for having a toolbar right below the titlebar (which was pretty much the standard previously). What that means is that we should do two things:
1. Make the .default-decoration class white to allow a very simple app style like Agenda without any modifications
2. Make the style for .toolbar white a. just in case some dumbass sticks it right below the default decoration like a legacy app and b. because any proper usage of toolbar should now be a second "context" toolbar.
