FTP removal confirm dialog box

Currently, ehcp has no confirm ftp delete button, as you list ftp user and click cross icon will simply delete all users data without confirmation.
So there can be options here.
1. Confirm Delete with FTP files
2. Confirm Delete without FTP files
3. Cancel Button
