Fine-grained control of available options
It would be good to have admins able to exercise fine-grained control over options available to resellers and clients. For instance, if a client is not allowed to add a new domain, that option should be able to be hidden.

this masking of features based on access level will be helpful, and even incase, if the actual url structure or other way if it is known also, when the feature is disabled by admin, that particular access level (reseller or user) or particular reseller or user should not be able to fulfill that activity kind of...
Note: RVSkins of Cpanel, do offer nice themes in different colours (in two different layouts) along with this feature mask know, so, only allowed feature in feature manager will be shown and others will not know
