enforcable data transfer limits
In new domain AND new account setup, there should be set-able and enforcable transfer limits.
We have:
Upload bw(kb/s)
Download bw(kb/s)
in the domain setup, but there should be max (monthly) limits and checks on those for total transfer.
Speed limits are rare, but everyone needs transfer limits who has a data center that charges for these...

Whiteboard
I agree with monthly limits (max), and in ehcp admin panel, actually, when creating features in domain template, it will be helpful, if we have option to choose either
a) HOLD after reaching data transfer limits and re-enable website after current month is over and next month billing cycle is started at 12AM on 1st of next month
b) account should be allowed to use by notifying the customer prior about upcoming data transfer limit saturation, and, if no action is requested, then, site will run and in the end of the month overages will be shown for particular hosting account and "possibility for having invoices raised in billing software through EHCP API" and billing done accordingly.
============
Note: while, domain template is a global setting, locally for every domain name (in both root admin panel and webmaster admin panel), there should be a configuration option to override global setting (i.e. whether they wish to pay overages by allowing site use over the resource limit when they require or limit hosting account once allowed resource limits are saturated to avoid unexpected or surprise bills until the start of next month kind of...)
just some thoughts, thank you
With Best Regards
