Disable service in order to speed boot

Many services started by default are not used in the default Ubuntu.
To speed up the startup of Elbuntu, we should disable some services in /etc/rc*.d .
Most service than evms, raid ... can be disable.
A good way would be check kernel options line and enable those disabled service if the user want.
If people want, they can active them later.
To provide an easy way to control those service, sysv-init-rc should be install by default.
