Create an independient tweak for every standard context icon category

Registered by Alekhios

Custom icon themes doesn't always fully integrate with elementary's design philosophy. Some may have nice apps icons but ugly symbolic ones, or places or categories or status. To the end user this may be an issue at the moment of chosing a theme, the workaround may not seem so complicated but if we want to make it more simply to the end-user, this may work.
