Let the cursor going back on a hotspot do the opposite of the chosen action

I think it'd be nice if, having activated the function of a hotspot on the edge of the screen, moving back on it could do the opposite of the chosen action, i.e.: I move the cursor on the top-left corner, set to "Show Applications", then I want to close that window, I should be able to move back on the corner and make it close. GNOME 3 allows you to do it and it's a simple feature to implement, though most essential, in my opinion. I apologise for my bad English.
