The OS should not ask for password immediate after logged on

My daily routine:
- Run the computer (at 08:00:00 AM)
- Enter password when loggin on (at 08:01:00 AM)
- Click the bubble of AppCenter update notificaction (at 08:01:05 AM)
- Enter password again after logged on to get update packages via AppCenter (at 08:01:06 AM)

I mean I think OS should not ask password in 10 or 15 minutes after logged on. I'm already being authenticated by logging on.
It should be like console authentication mechanism. If I already entered the password, it should not ask for password for a while.
