Generate DBE_PROPERTY events automatically

Extend the DBD file syntax so the IOC code can work out what the attribute connections are between fields automatically, from information loaded from the DBD file. E.g. modifying the EGU field of an ai record should generate about 17 DBE_PROPERTY events, since there about 17 fields with the same units as VAL. See also Dirk Zimoch's non-val-attributes branch.
