Project level support for unit tests

I think it would be useful to support unit tests at a project level. Specifically, it would be nice to create/edit tests and have them execute immediately following the build in normal test-driven-development fashion. I think this would be very useful to users as the greatest hindrance to quality software is automated testing, and the greatest hindrance to testing is setting up the test infrastructure in the project. I don't know what test suite would be best, but there are several out there.
