Staff Experience
Designing a memorable, fun, enjoyable, productive and overall great experience for F3X staff members.

We have to ensure that the entire experience, from recruitment to splitting off, of a F3X staff member is amazing.
1. Somehow figure that working at F3X would be awesome (how?)
2. Somehow find out that the F3X HQ is the place to apply (how?)
3. Fill out application enthusiastically, really wanting to get in, be accepted (how can we design it to evoke this feeling?)
4. Once approved, they should receive a warm/cool welcome and everything they need to begin working on their assignment, communicating with other F3X members, and using F3X systems. They should be shown and be given a tour through everything and everyone F3X-related, and be introduced to the public.
5. Every F3X member should receive spotlight frequently for their participation in various F3X-related activities and other spotlight-worthy occasions. They should also be assisted with their personal endeavors/goals so that they can continue to progress while working at F3X.
