Support for new GeometricQuantity, CellSurfaceArea, in UFL

It might be useful to have the entire surface area of the current cell available as a geometric quantity when defining integrals.
The surface area is defined as the total area of all facets of a given cell.
The quantity can be defined for ds, dS and dx integrals.

MER: cell.surface_area exists in UFL so this should be easy to do the moment anyone actually needs it.
