Tracebacks for Compiler Errors

As the compiler is really a macro interpreter the compiler errors should include trace-backs (that look exactly like Python tracebacks). As a reference point: C++ template errors also include information that is similar to a traceback. (The instantiated from ... with ..., ... part.)
