Specify network id for nova restore in multi-network tenant.

When restoring a Nova backup in a tenant with multiple networks, Nova can't choose the right network to attach to the restored VM.
We should add a parameter --nova-
usage:
freezer-agent --action restore --nova-inst-id 111111 --nova-
NETWORK_ID the ID of the network to attach to the restored VM
