Backup to s3 compatible storage

Currently, freezer can only store backup data to swift compatible object storage. s3 compatible object storage needs to be supported. So we should add the s3 storage driver.
Implementation thoughts:
1. Add s3 storage type: --storage s3
2. Add config opts: --access-key xxx --secret-key xxx --endpoint xxx
