Add smartctl to bootstrap image and to deployed nodes

1. Add smartctl to bootstrap image and local repositories
2. Install smartctl as part of OS deployment
3. Change Nailgun Agent to run smartctl against all disk devices, which have S.M.A.R.T. capability and send smartctl results to master node.
Check if overall SMART status is OK.
If possible - check Reallocated_
4. Change Fuel UI to reflect current SMART status for every disk drive.
