Additional system tests for murano

Now in fuel-main only one system test for murano exists. This test checks simple configuration(1 Controller, 1 Compute, Neutron GRE). Need to add new system tests which would be test the following configurations: simple mode(1 Controller, 1 Compute, Neutron VLAN), HA mode(3 Controller, 1 Compute, Neutron GRE), HA mode(3 Controller, 1 Compute, Neutron VLAN).
