We need collect statistic about all jobs in jenkins-product.
First of all it should be:
- time taken per thread, per test - deployment time
- count types -- passed, failed, skipped

cons: very simple database scheme, no data on executors and nodes load

2) parse Jenkins RSS and import all data into database with self-written schema, them provide interface to query data
