Enable message compression for RPC

Need to enable message compression between nailgun and astute to reduce size of message.
The python package 'kombu' that is used in nailgun support this from out of box. the headers compression is set to 'gzip'
For astute need to implement decompressing if it needs. the header 'compression' should be checked.
