Enable Murano support for vCenter

We need to allow to select Murano in case if we will deploy OpenStack with vCenter hypervisor.
Also, we have customer which use vCenter hypervisor with the nova network.
In Fuel 5.0 and 5.1 Murano supports Neutron installations only. But in nearest past Murano had a support of Nova-Network. So, it seems that it will be not so hard to return such support.
