Cleanup MySQL 5.5

At the moment Fues uses MySQL-5.6 with Galera patches for HA deployment and mysql 5.5 for Simple deployment. We need to get rid of MySQL 5.5 and use MySQL 5.6 for simple deployment (keeping Galera disabled)
