Minimal Oracle Linux support in MOS as a compute node

As addition to RHEL 7 support as compute nodes (https://blueprints.launchpad.net/fuel/+spec/rhel-compute-nodes) we should be able to deploy Oracle Linux 7 computes. The same approach should be used for that (same as described here for RHEL: https://github.com/openstack/fuel-specs/blob/master/specs/8.0/rhel-compute-nodes.rst).
The same puppet manifests from fuel-library will be used for deployment, but they need to be updated to support Oracle Linux OS case where we have case for RedHat OS.
