Ostf gate job similar to enabled for fuel-library.
This job should:
- build iso with gated patchset and master packages
- run system test from fuel-main which includes:
- neutron
- sahara
- murano
Such configuration will cover most of the changes in ostf and will allow us to merge patches much more faster
