Restrict access to Fuel to only allowed IP addresses

It would be helpful if there were a way in the Fuel dashboard to specify an allowed admin IP address or range. This would be the IP address(es) that can log in to the Fuel dashboard and SSH in to the Fuel master node. Since some users don't leverage perimeter firewalls, this would allow them to provide some security to Fuel. On the back end, it could likely be accomplished by editing the hosts.{allow,deny} files.
