Fuel should be able to work with RHEL-based computes
RHEL slave node should be preprovisioned manually and connected to fuel admin network
RHEL based computes should be realized as fuel plugin
Acceptance criteria:
* Customer can deploy already added to Fuel pre-provisioned RHEL
node as a Compute node.
* Customer can remove RHEL nodes from their cloud using Fuel
* Customer can return removed node to cluster
* Customer can reinstall RHEL OS on node
* Customer can change or add new RHEL repositories
* Customer can configure network settings
* Customer can use connectivity check for networks
Verification:
+ UnitTests
+ manual checking, nova-compute & neutron service should be running, manual creating VM's for this compute node
+ Standard fuel tests (OpenStack Health Check)
