Add some speed to dpkg in bulk install

apt-get works painfully slow in test environment. We could add some speed to it as follows:
- move /var/lib/dpkg to tmpfs. The way dpkg do it seems terrible. Many files here without any index or cache.
- eatmydata. Basically we don't need so much sync()-fsync().
- probably lxc containers will do better then KVM.
