Need to change Run Tests button for more user-friendly interface
Need to add new buttons 'Run Tests' for each OSTF tests group or change location of this button, because user should see this button any time.
User Story #1:
I'm a user and I want execute different OSTF tests many times. I don't want to 'scroll' page many times to select type of tests and push the button Run Tests.
My workflow now:
1. Navigate to Healt Monitoring Page
2. Scroll down to the desired tests suite (for example, 'platform')
3. Select checkbox for platform tests
4. Scroll up to the button 'Run Tests'
5. Click on 'Run Tests' button
6. Scroll down to the desired tests suite (for tests results monitoring)
My desired workflow (probably, without step #3):
1. Navigate to Healt Monitoring Page
2. Scroll down to the desired tests suite (for example, 'platform')
3. Select checkbox for platform tests
4. Click on 'Run Tests' button (and we should located on 'platform tests' in this moment for monitor executing proccess)

You should reassign this blueprint to someone else more competent in UI developing because my only realm for now is ostf-server and ostf-tests without their UI representation on fuelweb.
