Port Fusion-Icon to the Indicator Applet in Lucid

I propose that fusion-icon be ported to the indicator applet.

The indicator applet has seen some love during the development of Lucid Lynx, and it would appear that the intent is to port all menu buttons from the notifications area to the indicator applet. The stated aim, as best I can recall, is (a) to provide a more consistent look and feel to the right hand side of the default panel, and (b) to rectify the current, rather confused, situation whereby menu buttons and status/notification 'glyphs' (?) inhabit the same area.

Personally I prefer Lucid's indicator applet to its (and previous) versions of the notification area. It has a more consistent look and feel, is ideally suited to notification area icons whose sole function it to provide a single menu and would seem to be the proper home for a fusion-icon given its role.
