Animations in gala should ease into position/state

Currently: When pressing <super> + W or <super> + S or any Gala shortcut. Animation move at a constant and linear speed. This can look or feel jerky.

Proposed: Animations should ease into a final state. The animation should start quickly and finish slow but smooth. The speed of the movement varies.
