Password strength check and prompt message.

If a user successfully logs in which a password. But that password is deemed to have weak strength the user should be notified. This notification would give the options of setting a stronger password or continuing to use the existing weak password.

 Password strength would be determined using a point system based on: Character Length, Mixed cases, non alphanumeric characters, non consecutive numerical sequences. A mature version of this system would deduct points if the character sequences matched dictionary entries.
