Make cinder driver compatible with multiple stores

From Train onwards Glance is fully supporting configuring multiple glance stores. In case of cinder, it internally supports configuring multiple backends. If cinder driver is configured to use as glance backend then at the moment it is not possible to recognize which cinder backend is used by glance.
