Add description field to image

The current image file does not have a ``description`` attribute. In an environment where more images are required, it is difficult to determine the purpose of the image only by image name. Therefore, adding the ``description`` field to image is supported in create/show/list/ Get or update the ``description`` field of the image when updating.
