Small panel applet to indicate beer-o-clock

A panel applet that can be set by anyone with the applet, to indicate when beer-o-clock begins. The applet should show an icon of some kind, that changes, when a member of the group sets their applet to "beer-o-clock". There are many uses for a social indicator of this kind. This could simply be an option of a flexible applet to notify people in a group of a status change.
