Scorecard as you play

Add a system of screens to allow a player to record a round as he plays it. Design notes:
Start from standard course selection screen
Should store half-rounds just on ui side
Display full detailed rounds screen to verify before storing on server
Might have session time-out issues, so create a unique round id stored in a hidden field that will serve as a login for just the entry fields. Require full re-login for the detailed rounds screen if session did expire and no persistent login cookie is found
