Convert Carbon into a single app

Carbon is composed of three different processes to get around threading issues. Carbon can still be a single app, and use the pyprocessing (http://pyprocessing.berlios.de/) package (will be included in 2.6), to do multi processing. The API's are identical to the threading APIs.

A single carbon.py and a carbon-settings.py would be nice to work with.
