Panel notification of Gwibber activity

Currently there is no way to know how many new tweets, etc. have been added to Gwibber. An indicator badge (similar to Liferea´s unread posts) on the panel icon would help rather than continually having to open Gwibber just in case user missed a pop-up notification.
