This is a essential feature for a microbloggin client.
I created a simple Python script that uses the python-twitpic module to post images to TwitPic and also get the URL of the uploaded image. It is really simple (239 rows of code) and it shouldn't be that hard to use this python-module that I use for my application, inside Gwibber.
