Toolbar to clean up the GUI

All buttons that are on the main window should be placed in a toolbar. This would clean up the GUI, make it more efficient and intuitive, and force the main window to be wider, which will allow to add more details about sequencers. The icons should be from Gtk::Stock, but if impossible, it may be required to design our own ones.
