Create build scripts for Haruhi on Linux

Create easily maintainable build scripts for Linux, especially Ubuntu and Gentoo. They should use the autotools to generate configure scripts etc... and build script maintenance scripts.

Compiles on Gentoo
Compiles on Kubuntu 7.10, but with some modification. Requires a few additional libs from Kubuntu and it appears Kubuntu's automake neglected to create a .lai file which was needed. Not sure what's going on
