Represent memory unit in string

Per working draft 2 for specs, default size of memory and unit representation available to applications running on the Compute node is modified as,
1. Default representation is in MB instead of GB. Also, it can be explicitly specified via string representation as in MB, GB etc with a space separator.
2. Default is 1024 MB
