Package the CSAR translation output along with referenced artifacts

For CSAR input it is appropriate for the output to be also in a packaged format so all the relative paths to all artifacts work correctly and avoid unnecessary manual work by user. The output can, for example, be a similar archive file where the HOT output is placed in the root and all the scripts referenced in there point to valid relative paths in the archive.
